The Library is currently working to help bring a Little Free Library to the Dog River Park. Once the Free Library is in place, community members will be able to exchange free books by taking and leaving their gently used books. The Brown Public library will be the steward of the new Little Free Library, making sure that it is always full of lots of great reading choices for people of all ages.

If you would like to donate money to help fund the creation of the new Little Free Library at the Dog River Park, you can send a check to the library payable to The Brown Public Library with “Little Free Library” written in the memo. We are hoping that with many small donations from the community, our new Little Free Library might be up and ready for borrowers by the end of the fall. Please consider donating a small amount such as $10 to help make this project a reality.
